Eight properties sold in Gill between Sept. 18 and Oct. 17, but only two carried recorded sale prices: $354,200 for 291 Mountain Rd. and $37,226 for 7 Grove St. The remaining six sales, on Main Road, Mountain Road, Walnut Street and one unaddressed parcel, have not yet posted prices in registry records. Main Road saw the most activity with three transfers. One sale, at 21 Walnut St., moved within the same family via an estate transfer, while a Gill Town Treasurer sale and two lender-involved transactions also appeared in the data. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be fully assessed.
