Nine properties changed hands in Gill between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two sales carry a recorded price so far: $37,226 and $325,000, for a two-sale midpoint of $181,113. The remaining seven are still awaiting price data at the registry, a normal lag rather than a sign of withheld information.
