Price data trails most Gill sales as nine deeds record in September
Nine properties changed hands in Gill between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two sales carry a recorded price so far: $37,226 and $325,000, for a two-sale midpoint of $181,113. The remaining seven are still awaiting price data at the registry, a normal lag rather than a sign of withheld information. The month's top recorded sale was 10 Main Rd. at $325,000, sold by Daniel S. Siano to Nicholas R. Siano. Main Road accounted for four of the nine deeds, the most of any street. With most prices still pending, the data does not yet support a read on whether conditions favor buyers or sellers.
