Eight Deeds Recorded in Gill in August; Top Sale Hits $150,000
Eight deeds were recorded in Gill between July 31 and Aug. 29, Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show. Four transfers disclosed a sale price, ranging from $62,000 to $150,000, with a median of $87,500; the other four did not disclose a price. The top sale was 25 West Gill Road at $150,000, sold by Troy Santerre to Greenfield Savings Bank on Aug. 7. Main Road and West Gill Road each saw three recorded transfers. Three of the eight deeds listed a bank as buyer rather than an individual, and two deeds involving the Aiston family at 112 West Gill Road were recorded 10 days apart.
