Gill Deed Filings Show Ten Transfers With Few Prices Disclosed

Ten property deeds were recorded in Gill from July 3 to Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 to $75,000, with a median of $32,500. The period's top recorded sale was 121 Boyle Rd at $75,000, sold by Kerri J. Vassar and Kerri J. Recore to Greenfield Savings Bank. West Gill Road saw the most recorded deed activity of any street, with three separate filings. Banks or credit unions were named as grantor or grantee in half of the period's transfers, and two deeds reflected transfers among family members sharing a surname. No square footage, bedroom or bathroom data was available for any property.
