Gill Records Eight Property Deeds in Late Summer, Prices Range From $62,000 to $150,000
Franklin County Registry of Deeds records show eight property transfers in Gill between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Four listed a sale price, ranging from $62,000 to $150,000, with a median of $87,500; the other four did not disclose a price. The top sale was 25 West Gill Road at $150,000, sold by Troy Santerre to Greenfield Savings Bank. Main Road and West Gill Road each saw three transfers. Three of the eight deals listed a bank as buyer, and two listed a mortgage-related entity as seller. With half the sample lacking price data, the record offers limited insight into overall market direction this period.
