Gill Records Seven Property Deeds in Late-Summer Period, Most Without Disclosed Price

Gill recorded seven property deeds between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only three disclosed a sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $25,000 to $150,000, with a median of $40,000. The month's top disclosed sale was 25 West Gill Road, which sold for $150,000 on Aug. 7 from Troy Santerre to Greenfield Savings Bank. West Gill Road saw the most recorded activity of any street, with three transfers. Financial institutions were the buyer or seller in four of the seven deeds. With price undisclosed on more than half the transfers, overall market tone for the period cannot be determined from the available data.
