Eight Gill Property Sales Recorded From $25,000 To $150,000 Over Past Month
Eight properties recorded deed transfers in Gill from July 24 to Aug. 22, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records. Four of the eight transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $25,000 for 190 West Gill Road to $150,000 for 25 West Gill Road, with a median of $51,000. Main Road and West Gill Road each saw three property transfers during the period, the most of any street. Seven of the eight deeds listed a bank, mortgage servicer or credit union as either the seller or buyer, including Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., Greenfield Savings Bank and TD Bank NA.
