Gill Records Eight Property Transfers, Top Sale $150,000

Gill recorded eight property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8. Among the four sales that disclosed a price, amounts ranged from $25,000 to $150,000, with a median of $57,500; the other four transfers did not include a sale price. The month's top transaction was 25 West Gill Rd, which sold for $150,000 on Aug. 7 from Troy Santerre to Greenfield Savings Bank. Banks or credit unions appeared as buyer or seller in four of the eight deeds, and three transfers involved parties sharing a surname, consistent with family transfers.
