Eight Gill Properties Change Hands as Registry Data on Prices Trickles In
Gill recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one carried a posted sale price by the time records were compiled: $75,000 for 88 Main Road, sold Aug. 28 by trustees Peter T. and Joan M. Turban to Greenfield Savings Bank. That figure stands as the period's low, high and median pending additional data. Main Road saw three of the eight transfers, the period's only street-level cluster. Four of eight deeds list a bank or mortgage servicer as buyer or seller, and three list an estate or trust as seller. With most prices not yet available, the data does not yet support a read on market tone.
