Eight Property Transfers Recorded In Gill Over Four-Week Period
Eight properties in Gill changed hands between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to newly recorded deeds, but only two of those sales had a purchase price recorded. The recorded prices ranged from $75,000 to $100,000, with a median of $87,500. The period's top recorded sale was 19 French King Highway, which sold for $100,000 on Aug. 24 from Gerry B. Spaulding to Franklin First and Greylock Federal Credit Union. Half of the eight recorded transfers were on Main Road. Every transaction this period named a bank, mortgage servicer, or trust/estate representative as a buyer or seller, based solely on the parties listed in deed data.
