Only 2 of 8 Gill deeds recorded a sale price this period
Gill recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price by the time of this report: $75,000 for 88 Main Rd and $100,000 for 19 French King Hwy, putting the recorded price range at $75,000 to $100,000 with a median of $87,500. The other six sales, on Mountain Road, Boyle Road, Center Road, and at 10 and 312 Main Rd and 112 West Gill Rd, show price not yet available, a normal reporting lag rather than withheld information. Main Road was the only street with more than one sale, accounting for three of the eight. With most prices still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be determined from the data on hand.
